Terms of Service

Membership is a paid monthly subscription. Each tier grants a monthly spending power cap that resets on the first of each billing period. Unused spending power does not roll over.

Founding members who join within the first cohort lock a permanent 30% discount on their tier fee for as long as their membership remains active and in good standing.

Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.

Authorized sellers may post inventory at true cost only. No markup, list-price padding, or hidden fees are permitted on any listing.

Sellers remain anonymous to buyers and are identified solely by a platform handle. Sellers may not contact, solicit, or transact with any buyer discovered through the platform outside of Clearline. This non-circumvention obligation survives termination.

Clearline may suspend or remove any seller who violates cost-only posting, anonymity, or non-circumvention terms.

Clearline is a pure brokerage. Clearline holds no inventory, takes title to no goods, and adds no markup to any listed price. We connect members with authorized sellers and facilitate the transaction.

Product descriptions, condition, and fulfillment are the responsibility of the seller. Clearline makes no warranty as to merchantability or fitness of any listed item.

Membership fees are charged by card or ACH through our payment processor. Order payments are settled by ACH or wire transfer depending on order size and buyer tier.

You authorize Clearline and its processor to charge your selected payment method for recurring membership fees until you cancel.

You agree not to misuse the platform, scrape data, resell access, or attempt to identify or de-anonymize other members or sellers. Accounts found in violation may be terminated without refund.
